Olivia Assistans is now seeking dedicated and caring substitute assistants who want to work as personal assistants in Växjö. Common tasks include helping with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.

Your workplace is in the client's home. As a personal assistant, you provide support in everything from daily routines to leisure activities.

You help the client live as full a life as possible based on their circumstances.

Transfers may also involve lifting, depending on each client's needs (assistive devices are usually available on-site).

The position may also offer the chance to work at different times of the day, such as day, evening, or awake night shifts, or night shifts with sleeping duty and waiting time during weekdays and weekends.

Most of our clients require assistance around the clock, so it is advantageous if you can work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities may include:

• Support with daily routines and household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support in daily activities

• Social interaction

Qualifications:

• Driver's license and access to a car

• Flexible to work varying hours on weekdays and weekends

• Experience in personal assistance or in care and support

Employment rate: Substitute

Number of positions: 4 substitutes

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
