Based on the client's wishes, we are looking for a female personal assistant for a 17-year-old girl with severe developmental disabilities. The girl is blind and has extensive care and support needs, requiring assistance with all personal hygiene, daily chores, and activities. Lifting is part of the job as training is a part of the girl's daily routine.

You who are applying are a lively and cheerful girl/woman between 18–60 years old. As a person, you are fearless, curious, willing to take your own initiatives, social and forward, with a responsive and empathetic approach. You have a humble and respectful attitude towards others. It is a merit if you are interested in music and have a childlike spirit, as the girl enjoys music, play, and fun.

You should have experience in care work and be able to speak fluent Swedish.

A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement. Of course, you are smoke- and tobacco-free.

• Employment type: initially on-call with the possibility of a permanent position (fixed-term employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts) - part-time approximately 50-60%

• Working hours: weekdays from 1:45 PM to 8:45 PM and weekends from 6:45 AM to 8:45 PM (morning or evening). During school breaks, you will work full days according to a specific work schedule.

• Start date: as soon as possible

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
