About the position

We are looking for a personal assistant who can work approximately 85% for a cheerful and social 30-year-old man in Lammhult. He is wheelchair-bound and needs support in his daily life. Your tasks will vary and include everything from transfers, personal hygiene, and dressing to household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. It is also important to be there for good conversations and when he asks for help.

During the day, our client works as an administrator, and you will accompany and assist him with what he needs help with at the workplace. He has a great interest in sports, especially ice hockey, so if you share this interest, it’s a plus! Working hours are scheduled during day and evening on weekdays. The working hours and which days can be somewhat flexible according to preferences.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We are looking for someone who is social, attentive, enjoys different situations, is willing to work, relatively flexible, punctual, organized, and cheerful. We prefer that you have good physical condition as lifting is involved. A driver's license is a requirement for the position. It is also important that you are not allergic to pets as there are animals in the home. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.
