JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a personal assistant involves providing individually tailored support in daily life, such as care, communication, training, and social activities. In this role, you are an important part of the individual's daily life. Through a calm and professional approach, you contribute to safety, development, and increased independence.

The individual uses a wheelchair and communicates verbally with the aid of a tablet.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have a healthcare education that the employer finds relevant. You have good experience with tracheostomy, cough machine, catheter management, and tube feeding.

You are a calm, patient, and stable person who easily creates a sense of security around you. You work attentively and motivatingly with a strong focus on including the individual in everything that happens by maintaining a respectful dialogue and encouraging participation and self-determination in all aspects.
