Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with our male customer in his 50s residing in Växjö

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has experience with low-arousal approaches and a good understanding of its significance

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work

• have a B driver's license

• share the customer's interests

• have experience working with care services for individuals with acquired brain injuries

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "Hourly Employment" and therefore the position involves work as needed. The job includes work during daytime, evening, and nighttime. There is a chance for fixed hours with temporary employment.

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

We are hiring continuously during the process.

Being employed at Humana
