At Norlandia Preschools, we are now looking for you who want to work as a substitute as needed at our two preschools Timglaset and Vintergatan in Växjö. Within the preschool, you will have a fun and varied job where you can make a difference in the children's everyday lives. We are primarily looking for someone who has a childcare education or is studying a pedagogical education, such as a preschool teacher or educator.

Working as a substitute with us

We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and has all children in focus. Naturally, you thrive in a playful environment. With us, you will become part of the team that works together based on the preschool's curriculum, where you will be involved in various working methods as well as Norlandia's concepts of tasty food, Norlandiaskuttet, and GoGreen. For us, daily physical movement is a must for children but also for you as an adult, where you actively participate in Norlandiaskuttet together with children and colleagues. The tasks vary, but close contact with children, educators, and guardians is central to the role. When you work as a substitute, it is expected that you can step in at short notice, even if you receive a booking from us early in the morning. As a substitute, you will be right in the middle of the operations, so it is assumed that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to different routines.

Qualifications and personal qualities:

You speak Swedish fluently and handle written text well.

You are flexible and solution-focused and see opportunities instead of difficulties.

You are cheerful and accommodating with a focus on the best for all children.

You must be at least 18 years old.

Additional information

Temporary employment on a RAM agreement/hourly employment.

Scope: As needed.

Working hours: Based on needs, 06:00-18:30.

Start date: Immediately as needed.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Upon employment, a criminal record extract is required.
