We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a creative and warm woman in her upper middle age, with her heart in the right place and a desire to contribute to safety, joy, and quality of life in everyday life. She lives in the countryside in Grimslöv with her dog and cat. She uses a wheelchair part of the day and otherwise stays in bed. Assistance is needed both in daily routines and in activities that bring color to life – such as quilting, crocheting, baking, and cooking. Since the home is located in a secluded area without access to public transport, a driver's license and a personal car are required. If you share her interests, that is a big plus – but it is your personality, warmth, and responsiveness that matter most.

🕒 The position is hourly employment with shifts mainly in the evenings and weekends. Daytime shifts may also be relevant if regular staff are absent. You need to be flexible with working hours and proactive in requesting shifts in the schedule set by the supervisor.

• Personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.

• Household chores and cooking.

• Assistance with training and social activities (e.g., swimming pool visits).

• Assisting with leisure interests.

• Support with transfers and during shower/toilet visits.

• Travel and errands in daily life.
