Welcome to the psychiatric, rehabilitation, and habilitation area! Our mission is to provide all residents of Kronoberg County with specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. We want to create good conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment from the best possible competence.

We are now looking for a social worker for our inpatient care for a parental leave position. Are you ready for a varied job where you work together with experienced colleagues in a well-functioning team where you have close collaboration with other team members – doctors, nurses, and caregivers? As a social worker, you represent the psychosocial competence in the team and are the one who keeps updated on current legislation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker in inpatient care, you will work with:

• psychosocial mapping with assessment and proposals for interventions regarding support in daily life, finances, housing, employment, relationships
• information and guidance to patients in contact with other authorities and services in the community
• collaboration with other actors
• information and support to relatives, both adults and children
• leading SIP meetings and network meetings
• collaborating with and providing consultation to colleagues
• being able to assist in cases at the acute psychiatric reception.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. Experience in therapeutic work within psychiatric care and/or case management within social services, as well as a license, is advantageous. You enjoy working in a team where you contribute your expertise to the work around the patient. We see that you take your own initiatives, have planning skills, are responsible, and have the desire and interest to work on developing psychiatric care. Good collaboration skills are important to us.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
