JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Novus is a treatment facility aimed at individuals aged 18 and above with substance abuse issues. The facility consists of two sections divided into outreach activities/entrance and one section with traditional substance abuse care that includes comorbidity. Our treatment base is MI, Relapse Prevention, Emotion Regulation, and Seeking Safety. The facility has 13 places with staff available around the clock.

Sjöliden is a day activity center that offers daily activities for individuals in active substance abuse. The activities can be tailored in various ways based on the participant's needs, conditions, and wishes.

We are looking for summer substitutes/on-call staff for Novus and Sjöliden.

As a treatment pedagogue, you will work on writing journals and daily notes. Participate in the daily chores at the facility, such as cooking, cleaning, etc. You will engage in activities with the residents and work on social training.

Novus is staffed around the clock, and we are looking for treatment pedagogues who want to work day and evening shifts as well as awake night shifts at the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education or currently studying to become a social worker, social pedagogue, police officer, or other education deemed equivalent. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

The job requires you to be attentive, flexible, and able to adapt your working methods based on the needs that arise. You must be able to work independently but also collaborate with others in the staff group.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
