Do you want to make a difference for vulnerable young people? Then the position of treatment secretary at SiS Youth Home Ryds Brunn is a meaningful job for you.

SiS Youth Home Ryds Brunn consists of three departments with space for 21 school-age boys; one MBB department (reception and needs assessment), one open and one locked treatment department, as well as a primary school.

The starting point as a treatment secretary is that you are the spider in the web surrounding the youth's placement in our locked treatment department. You will lead and convene various professionals such as psychologists, nurses, and treatment staff to the treatment teams. You will also lead and convene meetings together with social services. This includes interviewing youths, parents, or other important individuals in the youth's network, which will then be compiled into a possible risk and needs assessment analysis.

You will follow up and document treatment plans. The treatment plan is an important tool and a living document for the youth and staff in the department. You will have close collaboration with group leaders and unit managers.

Leadership responsibility: In the absence of the unit manager, you will be responsible for and lead the work in the department according to the work and delegation order. You will also have treatment responsibility for the youths in the department. We place great emphasis on safety aspects in the work. An important common task for all employees is to contribute to creating a safe environment and ensuring that safety in the institution is maintained according to routines.

Managerial readiness according to a rolling schedule may be included in the position.

Qualifications

• University degree of at least 210 credits in social sciences/behavioral sciences or alternatively a university degree of at least 180 credits in behavioral sciences.
• Experience in treatment planning and/or authority exercise is meritorious.
• Experience working with the target group is meritorious.
• Experience in trauma-informed care (TMO) is meritorious.
• Experience in motivational interviewing (MI) is meritorious.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Driving license B
