Our mission is to provide housing for the residents of Växjö. The mission is divided into several different goals and guidelines that are continuously updated.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an activity host, you will play an important role in creating enjoyable, inspiring, and valuable leisure activities for children and youth.

You will plan and organize activities, lead sports activities, games, and fun. It is also important to be proactive so that everyone feels involved and has fun. Through your presence, you contribute to creating a positive and safe atmosphere in our areas.

As an activity host, you will have a summer filled with fun and meaningful activities while making a difference. You will have the opportunity to meet new people and develop your social engagement while having fun. You will have a job that provides both experience and joy, and you will have a direct impact on children's and youth's leisure time!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in sports and community life, preferably with experience in leading activities or being part of an association. You are responsible and can work both independently and in a team. Experience working with children and youth is a plus, but we place great importance on the right attitude and engagement. You will work between weeks 25-30 (June-July 2026), scheduled working hours, weekdays afternoons and evenings, 23 hours/week. Some planning time is included. We would also like you to be available to work during other school holidays throughout the year.
