Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. We are seeking a substitute for our male client in Ljungby. Our client enjoys music and engaging in various activities in everyday life. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 30s living in Ljungby

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has experience communicating using TAKK or similar

• has a B driver's license

• is active and inventive

• is calm and has experience working in a low-arousal manner

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• share the client's interests, which include music and various activities

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is a substitute where you step in during both planned and unplanned absences. The position involves work during the following times: weekdays approximately 15:30-08:10 and weekends approximately 10:00-10:00 (around the clock). On-call duty occurs at night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
