JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a personal assistant/support assistant, you provide support and service according to the individual needs and wishes of the user, following implementation plans. You perform everyday, planned support interventions and activities together with the user. The support interventions should promote the user's integrity, participation, and are carried out with respect for the user's self-determination. The user's needs should be at the center. The user should receive support and the right to decide over their life and develop their abilities to live as independently as possible.

Pool service within Functional Support means working across several of our units based on the needs of the operations. We will expand our internal pool within Functional Support from 260201. If the pool ceases, you, as a permanent employee, will retain a position within Älmhult Municipality. We will recruit internally and externally.

The working hours are scheduled, which may include days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience in the field are required. You need to be able to receive insulin delegation, track, and other HSL delegations.

A driver's license and access to a car are required. As a person, you are flexible, have a low-arousal approach, and are adept in social interactions. You can quickly adapt and step in without introduction if needed. You should be able to work across all units within functional support as required by the operations.
