The Centre Against Violence (CMV) is a brand new unit within Växjö Municipality and for Kronoberg County, where we gather strength, competence, and commitment to work together against violence. We offer various interventions for individuals aged 15 and over to prevent violence in close relationships, honor-related violence and oppression, prostitution, and human trafficking in close collaboration with the region, the judiciary, the county administrative board, the non-profit sector, and other municipalities in Kronoberg County.

CMV is emerging at the intersection of treatment, authority exercise, preventive work, and community development. Here, you will help shape structures, methods, and culture from the ground up together with an engaged and interdisciplinary team. The team works with treatment, authority exercise, competence development, and coordination.

You will have a significant role in development and change work and contribute to building CMV's working methods both internally and in broad collaboration with other actors, working closely with the unit's manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a specialist in social law, you are a key person in ensuring legally secure processes and a cohesive chain between CMV's various tasks.

You will:

• Provide qualified support in cases and in our joint assessments in treatment and authority exercise.
• Supervise and coach therapists, social workers, and regional coordinators in methods, documentation, and social legal issues.
• Contribute to the development of structures, methods, and guidelines for the operation
• Participate in analysis, planning, and follow-up of prioritized interventions
• Strengthen competence in the area among managers and employees
• Be an active part of the work with the implementation of strategies and legislation

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

The position may involve travel within Kronoberg County.

Solo work may occur.
