Kompetens & Matchning is now looking for an engaged and relationship-building coach for our operations in Uppsala. The position is a part-time position at 50% and is suitable for those who want to work with people, motivation, and labor market issues in a meaningful role.

Kompetens & Matchning works with individualized support for people who are outside the labor market. Our focus is on quality, presence, and real development – where each participant is met based on their own conditions and goals. We believe in clear structures, professional treatment, and a coaching approach.

About the role

As a coach within Rusta and Matcha, you will work closely with participants who need support on their way to work or studies. The work is varied and combines individual conversations, practical support, and collaboration with employers and other stakeholders.

Examples of tasks:

• Coaching conversations with participants
• Support in job searching, CV, and interview preparations
• Matching to work, internships, or education
• Contacts with employers and partners
• Documentation according to the assignment's requirements

The position is located in Uppsala and the working hours correspond to 50%, with some flexibility within the framework of the organization's needs.

Requirements

You need to meet at least one of the following options:

Option 1:

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)

• At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing result

• At least three years of full-time work experience in any of the following areas:

• • Management with personnel responsibility

• • Recruitment

• • Transition work for job seekers

• • Study and career guidance

• • Handling personnel issues (not just administration)

• • Work with labor and labor market issues

• • Work with social and group psychology

• • Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences

• Strong network within the local business community

• Additional language skills beyond Swedish

• Ability to create and maintain relationships

• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented

• Good communication skills and a coaching approach

• Digital competence and experience in holding online meetings
