The Position

As a coach/job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching of our participants who are seeking employment or need support to start studying.

It is important that you are driven, self-reliant, results-oriented, goal-oriented, and have experience in coaching, while also actively helping participants to seek employment by recruiting employers to our internal employer database. Networking is a significant and important part of daily work to achieve the goal. We prefer that you speak Arabic in addition to Swedish and English.

The position is a permanent part-time employment at 50% based at our office in Uppsala.

You need to meet the following requirements according to option 1 or 2.

Option 1

You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

You have education in one of the following areas:

• Working Life
• Organization and Personnel Work
• Study and Career Guidance
• Business Administration
• Psychology
• Behavioral Science
• Social Science
• Pedagogy
• Occupational Therapy or Social Work Education
• Or in similar fields

As an applicant, you need to have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to two years of full-time. Studies and work experience must be certified.

Option 2

You have one year of post-secondary education and speak and write fluent Swedish.

You have at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:

• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Work experience must be certified.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you speak Arabic in addition to Swedish and English.
