Håbo Municipality is seeking an experienced HR Partner who wants to contribute to strengthening the municipality's leaders in their roles.

About the workplace

The HR unit currently consists of eight HR partners, one HR administrator, and one HR manager. The unit is part of the municipal management administration and is tasked with supporting the entire municipality in all HR processes.

Your tasks

As an HR Partner, you will work both closely with operations, administratively, and as a strategic support in one or more areas. You will work consultatively on issues related to labor law, salary issues, rehabilitation, and work environment. The work is independent, and you will have support from colleagues; we help each other and support one another.

You can plan your days based on your and the operations' needs. You are guided by goals and results in prioritization, planning, and you may also need to change direction when conditions change. We value good relationships with managers, within HR, colleagues in the municipality, and external parties. We always work for the municipality's best by providing managers and employees with good conditions in their assignments.

The work includes, among other things:

• Application and interpretation of legislation as well as central and local collective agreements
• Qualified support and advice to managers on labor law and employer policy issues
• Negotiations, collaboration, and dialogue with trade unions
• Participation in development and change work
• Implementation of training initiatives, workshops, and similar forums

We are looking for an HR Partner with the following qualifications:

• Education from HR/Personnel programs, labor law, or other education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Several years of relevant experience in qualified work with labor law and employer policy issues.
• Experience working with labor law and negotiations, preferably within the public sector.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
• Good IT skills where you work effortlessly in Office365.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and enjoy leading workshops.
