WorkTasker AB is now looking for committed and quality-conscious subcontractors throughout Sweden for collaboration within the service Rusta och Matcha.

This is not an employment, but a collaboration where you run your own business and act as a subcontractor to us. The service aims to support job seekers in quickly moving on to work or studies, in collaboration with The Swedish Public Employment Service.

We are looking for companies that:

• Have their own business with F-tax, VAT registration, and registered employer
• 
  
• Have their own office/office space
• 
  
• Have experience in labor market services, coaching, matching, or similar
• 
  
• Have good local knowledge and an established employer network in their area
• 
  
• Work professionally, structured, and results-oriented
• 
  
• Meet the requirements of The Swedish Public Employment Service to act as a subcontractor
• 
  
• Can receive participants and deliver the service with high quality

Competence requirements

Option 1

• Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system)
• 
  
• Work experience: At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time
• (Part-time may be accepted if the total time corresponds to full-time)

Option 2

• Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing result
• 
  
• Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following areas:
• Management with personnel responsibility
• 
  
• Recruitment
• 
  
• Transition work for job seekers
• 
  
• Career and vocational guidance
• 
  
• Handling personnel matters (not just administration)
• 
  
• Work with labor market issues
• 
  
• Social and group psychology
• 
  
• Career guidance

(Part-time may be accepted if the total time corresponds to full-time over 3 years)

About the assignment

As a subcontractor to WorkTasker AB, you will be responsible for parts of the implementation of the service Rusta och Matcha, in accordance with the regulations of The Swedish Public Employment Service. The assignment includes, among other things:

• Individual coaching and guidance

• Support for education and skills development

• Ongoing documentation and follow-up
