We are looking for a Customer and Personnel Coordinator at KMK Omsorg – Personal Assistance, in Uppsala
KMK Omsorg is seeking an engaged and responsible Customer and Personnel Coordinator to start in March. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both customers and staff, contributing to an operation characterized by quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
The position is a full-time temporary contract for at least 6 months with a strong possibility of extension.
We are looking for someone with an academic background. A university degree in law, social work, behavioral science, HR, labor law, or another related field that enhances your ability to work in a structured, professional, and legally secure manner in this role.

Responsibilities:
As a Customer and Personnel Coordinator, you will among other things:
Work in Aiai with scheduling, staffing, and documentation
Handle administrative and finance-related tasks related to assistance assignments
Conduct and follow up investigations and ensure correct documentation
Maintain ongoing contact with authorities, such as the Social Insurance Agency and municipalities
Be a central contact person for both customers and staff
Support, follow up, and develop the assistant group to ensure safe and quality assistance
Desirable qualifications
Previous experience in scheduling and staffing
Experience in planning schedules, managing vacancies, and working in systems like Aiai or similar is highly meritorious.
Work experience in personal assistance or related care services
Knowledge of legislation, customer interaction, assistants' working conditions, and the administrative requirements of the operation is very valuable.
Experience with personnel issues and leadership
For example, introducing new employees, workplace environment issues, conflict management, or coaching leadership.
Driver's license (B)
Willingness to travel between customers, meetings, and workplaces as needed.
