In the role of receptionist and customer service representative, you will primarily respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your focus will be on providing first-class and efficient service as you answer questions regarding orders, deliveries, products, complaints, and payments. We work with continuous follow-up on our customers' experiences to improve our customer service. The position also includes assisting in our reception and pick-up desk as well as in other departments, where tasks such as packing and return handling may be relevant. Qualifications The role is suitable for you if you are confident in customer management and enjoy providing fantastic service, both in person and using a computer and phone as tools. You have good Swedish in both spoken and written form. You find it easy to handle multiple systems and phones simultaneously. Experience or knowledge of products such as light sources, robot vacuum cleaners, or 3D printers is of great interest to us. Experience in administrative work or reception work is an advantage, as is a B driver's license. In addition to effective handling of customer inquiries, language proficiency and a pleasant tone in customer interactions are important to us, and work samples will be conducted during the recruitment process.
