Ragn-Sells is now looking for two seasonal agricultural sales representatives for the Agro Region Mitt department, based in Uppland or Östergötland.

Job Responsibilities
The Agro in Region Mitt is a department with 14 employees working with the agricultural industry, with a particular focus on recycling plant nutrients through the spreading of sewage sludge on farmland. Our main customers are treatment plants and farmers. In this role, you will work closely with agricultural sales representatives but are also a central part of the department, supporting all staff with various tasks.
The tasks are varied and include both administrative duties and practical moments such as soil and salmonella sampling, customer contact, and meeting drivers in the field during deliveries. The job involves travel within your work area, depending on the location, in Mälardalen or Östergötland and towards Närke. You will be part of a smaller group of salespeople where collaboration and understanding of each other's work are important.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is studying to become an agronomist, farm manager, has another equivalent education, or experience in Swedish agriculture. You have a good understanding of practical farming and are comfortable working in Excel and other digital tools. You are structured and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The pace can sometimes be high, which makes good communication and teamwork skills important. For the role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
To thrive in this role, you should be flexible, collaborative, and have a strong sense of service. You have a natural interest in meeting people and easily build good relationships. You should also be able to quickly prioritize your tasks as needed. We place great importance on personal suitability.
There will be an opportunity to work from home.
The position includes travel, which requires a driver's license. Access to a car is an advantage.
The position is a fixed-term employment from May to December, with some flexibility.
