Pharmacy Technician with Prescription Competence at Kronans Apotek in Nyby, Uppsala

As a pharmacy technician with us at Kronans Apotek, you are an expert in over-the-counter medications and self-care. You play a key role in providing our customers with professional advice and creating a safe and positive experience in every interaction. You step into the prescription chain and support the pharmacists as needed. We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented technician who is passionate about customer service and wants to take care of our customers at Kronans Apotek Nyby.

The pharmacy is located on Råbyvägen next to Willys, just a stone's throw from Gränby shopping town and Gränby shopping center. The premises were renovated in 2020 and are now bright, modern, and well-planned with two prescription channels and a checkout. Kronans Apotek Nyby is part of a cluster together with Kronans Apotek Storvreta and Heby, which means you will also be part of a larger team and can have variation in your work if you want to serve at the other pharmacies.

You will be part of an engaged team of five employees – three pharmacists and one pharmacy technician – who work together to create world-class customer experiences and achieve the pharmacy's common goals. You also have the support of a strong regional and service organization as well as colleagues across the country.

Job Responsibilities:

In the role of technician, the workday is varied and includes everything from advice and sales of self-care products to handling prescription medications. You will also:

• Work with product display and ordering.
• Be responsible for cash management and inventory.
• Contribute to the development of campaigns and quality work.
• Promote participation and collaboration within the pharmacy and together with the team create a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Pharmacy Opening Hours:

• Weekdays: 09.00–19.00
• Saturdays and Sundays: 11.00–17.00

We offer a permanent full-time or part-time position and welcome you to Sara Salar's team. Desired start is spring 2026. We are looking for you who are a pharmacy technician with pharmacy technician education at the vocational college level or equivalent. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers achieve good medication use and better health.
