Do you want to work with service, structure, and customer contact in a role where you make a real difference for both customers and colleagues? AAK Safety is now looking for a Support/Sales Representative for a temporary position, where you will play a central role in our customer and service flow.

AAK Safety is the leading expert in fall protection, training, and safety solutions for work at heights in the Nordic region. We offer comprehensive solutions that combine consulting, premium equipment, training, installations, and inspections — all to ensure our customers can work safely and securely.

About the role

As a Support/Sales Representative, you will be an important point of contact for our customers and internally for the sales organization. You will ensure that questions are answered quickly and accurately, and that the order and administrative flow operates smoothly and professionally.

Your main tasks:

  • Provide service to customers via phone and email

  • Register orders, invoices, and credits in Business Central and Pagero

  • Manage setup and changes of customers, suppliers, and items

  • Administer our rented products, backorder notifications, and delivery information

  • Support the sales organization with customer inquiries and ongoing activities

  • Update item registers and pricing information

  • Contribute to customer projects and during high workloads

You will report to the Business Support and Development Manager – AAK Safety.

Location: Heby Employment: Temporary, full-time for 12 months with the possibility of extension

You are:

• Structured, meticulous, and comfortable working in systems • Service-minded and enjoy daily customer contact • Communicative, positive, and collaborative • Quick to adapt to new routines and working methods

We believe you have:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or inside sales • Familiarity with working in the business system BC (Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an advantage • Good knowledge of the Office suite • Very good Swedish in speech and writing; English is an advantage • Basic technical interest — experience in fall protection is an advantage
