Your role as Account Manager

As a B2B Account Manager, you are the face of our company towards our corporate customers. You identify business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive the entire sales process – from the first meeting to the closed deal. You are not just a salesperson – you are a strategic advisor and a trusted partner for our corporate customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Building and developing customer relationships – Create long-term partnerships with both new and existing corporate customers.
  • Sales development and new customer acquisition – Proactively identify and prospect for new business opportunities within your region.
  • Sales meetings and needs analysis – Plan, book, and conduct customer meetings.
  • Follow-up and development of the customer portfolio – Ensure that all customers receive continuous follow-up.
  • Documentation and CRM management – Meticulously document customer interactions, sales activities, and business status in our CRM system.
  • Forecast and business projections – Responsible for creating and updating sales forecasts, as well as providing regular feedback on upcoming business opportunities.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – Work closely with Inside Sales, the B2B team, and other key stakeholders to optimize sales potential.

Additional Information:

Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period.

Scope and Location: Full-time, office hours with a flexible setup/hybrid work. The position belongs to the Stockholm Region with placement in our department store in Uppsala, covering the Uppsala area and surroundings.

Salary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and performance-based bonus.
