At Upplands Energi, we are now looking for a driven and business-minded salesperson with a focus on heat pumps for the private market. If you also have experience with solar cells, battery storage, or charging solutions, it is a significant plus as sales within these product categories are part of the role.

As a salesperson here, you are responsible for the entire business process – from the initial customer contact to the completed sale and long-term customer relationships. You help our customers find the right energy solutions based on their needs and become a key part of our continued growth in Uppland.

You will work closely with engaged colleagues in a business where entrepreneurial spirit, development, and customer focus are at the center.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience selling heat pumps
  • Have at least a high school education
  • Have knowledge or experience with solar cells, batteries, or charging solutions (extra merit)
  • Are driven, self-motivated, and motivated by making deals and achieving high goals
  • Enjoy creating new customer relationships and building long-term trust
  • Have good technical understanding and can translate customer needs into the right solution
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You have strong internal drive that leads you to set high goals for yourself and are motivated to exceed them.

The position is a full-time role and will be filled immediately upon agreement. Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
