What does the role involve?
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers waiting for their fiber installation
- Troubleshoot, guide, and find solutions together with the customer and colleagues
- Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction
You will work primarily via phone and email, handling both simple questions and more complex cases with a focus on the customer experience.
