In the role of Customer Service Representative at GlobalConnect, you will be the customer's first point of contact throughout the entire process of getting fiber to their home. You will receive incoming calls and respond to emails from customers, helping them with everything from orders and contracts to questions about installation, invoices, and services subscribed to after installation. You are an important part of the customer journey; through your attitude and expertise, you become the customer's closest contact and ensure they receive the information and help they need. In this role, you will work together with an engaged team, where you support each other, develop together, and always strive to deliver the best possible service and solution to the customer's questions.
This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at GlobalConnect. The assignment will be full-time and is expected to last at least 6 months. There are good opportunities for extension, provided there is room for it and all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Handle various inquiries from customers via phone and email
- Register incoming cases and ensure that cases reach the right person
- Contribute to improvement work, follow-up, and further development of the customer service department
- Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more areas of responsibility within the team to develop and grow
We are looking for you who
- Have completed upper secondary education
- Have experience from service professions or other relevant background that has given you a strong service sense
- Are confident in meetings with people and accustomed to dealing with different personalities and needs
- Enjoy having the phone as one of your main work tools
- Have good computer skills and the ability to quickly get used to new ways of working and tools
- Are very comfortable with Swedish and English in both speech and writing
It is meritorious, but not a requirement, if you have
- Worked in a customer service role previously
- Worked with fiber or other technical products previously

- Start date: September 7th
- Scope: Full-time, 8:00-17:00 or 10:00-19:00
- Location: Central Uppsala
- Other: The employment begins with an introduction of approx. 1 month to give you the best possible start
