We are looking for a brave relationship builder who wants to grow with us.

As a regional salesperson at Takteam, you are our face to the outside world in your region. You meet homeowners, listen to their needs, and explain how our roof cleaning and roof painting services can extend the life of their roof – and give them carefree roof ownership.

You work independently, but never alone. With us, you become part of a driven sales team where we cheer each other on, compete, and win together. You get all the support you need – from introduction and training to tools that help you succeed.

What you actually do during the day:
  • Meet homeowners through door-to-door sales (Canvas) in selected areas.
  • Build trust, spark interest, and present our services.
  • Work closely with the team and contribute to us reaching our goals together.
  • Participate in sales competitions and team activities that create drive and joy.
  • Develop through continuous coaching and training.
We believe you are:
  • A social team player who likes to take initiative and loves the feeling of achieving a goal.
  • Unafraid of new meetings and skilled at making people feel trust.
  • Driven, positive, and professional – whether you meet the customer at the door or in a conversation.

Previous experience in sales or door-to-door knocking is a plus – but not a requirement. You will get everything you need to become really good. The important thing is that you want to. And dare to take charge!

You need:
  • Experience with customer contact, service, or similar.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Extra merit if you have experience with Canvas, sales in construction, or enjoy working in a CRM.
