You will have a key role in our sales operations, working closely with the Sales Manager for the North and acting as an analytical support for our sales team in important customer dialogues. Your main responsibilities. As a Business Support Specialist, you share responsibility for the profitability of our businesses. You work closely with the sales organization to develop relevant customer proposals, improve business outcomes, and ensure our pricing strategy holds up in a competitive market. You provide our salespeople with decision-making support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to structured problem-solving in a business context.

• Conduct profitability and price analyses related to new and existing customer agreements
• Provide advisory support on assortment management and offer strategies
• Design product offers and update customer agreements
• Collaborate with sales, pricing strategists, and analysts to improve business performance
• Ensure quality of materials and contribute to business development in the sales department

You will become part of the sales function, joining a team with other Business Support Specialists and Pricing Strategists, and reporting to the Interim Manager of Pricing Strategy and Business Support. Here we work closely together, share knowledge, and drive development together – with a focus on both individual and team.

• Proficient in Excel and the Office suite
• Experience in sales, pricing, or business analysis – preferably from the restaurant or large-scale kitchen industry
