In this role, you will be a central part of our projects – from the very early bidding stages to implementation and follow-up of both economics and production. You will work closely with the CEO, project managers, and site managers, contributing with analyses, planning, and structure that make our contracts efficient and quality assured. It is a role where you will have significant influence, varied tasks, and the opportunity to shape working methods that create both stability and development in our projects. More about the job

• Cost estimation and bidding work
• Quantity take-off and analysis of tender documents
• Planning of resources, time, and costs
• Follow-up of project economics and production
• Support to project management in handling changes and documentation
• Collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Some project administration
• Assignments in land contracting, schools, residential areas, cultural heritage environments, properties, and newly established outdoor environments

• Experience in contracting operations
• Education as a construction engineer, landscape engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent
• Experience in cost estimation and/or production within land, construction, or green contracts
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Valid driver’s license (B)

• Experience with AMA and AF parts
• Knowledge in handling changes
• Experience with estimation systems
• Experience from projects within cultural heritage environments or green contracts
