We are now looking for a Marketing Manager who takes clear ownership of the daily marketing efforts and ensures they are carried out with quality and purpose.

About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the daily marketing work at AAC Clyde Space and ensuring that marketing and digital activities are implemented with a clear business focus and high quality.

You will plan, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives in practice. This involves driving campaigns, developing and utilizing relevant channels, and producing and coordinating content and marketing materials. The emphasis in the role is on execution, pace, and judgment in daily operations, in an environment with strong demands for resource efficiency and clear priorities. You are operational in your approach and strategic in your mindset. You thrive best when ideas become reality.

The Marketing Manager also contributes to developing the entire marketing and communications function. This includes a structured and data-driven approach, curiosity about new tools and methods, including how AI is changing both behaviors and practical workflows. You have a strong ability to translate insights into concrete improvements in how the company reaches out, positions itself, and supports the business.

The role requires a good ability to handle both commercial and communicative perspectives. It also requires the ability to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to clarify needs, coordinate expectations, and deliver within agreed priorities. There is significant scope for action in how the work is conducted for those who are responsible and proactive.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications. The position is based in Uppsala, with the possibility of hybrid work. International business trips may occur.

Responsibilities

· Plan, prioritize, and execute marketing efforts in line with the company's goals

· Drive campaigns and work effectively with relevant channels, including web and social media

· Coordinate and produce content and marketing materials in various formats, including presentations and digital channels

· Ensure follow-up and continuous improvement of implemented activities

· Work in a structured and data-driven manner with analysis and follow-up

· Make prioritization decisions and clearly communicate trade-offs

· Work with internal stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations

Requirements

· Documented experience in independently driving marketing efforts and campaigns from start to finish

· Good practical experience with digital marketing channels and tools

· Ability to prioritize and deliver in a resource-constrained environment

· Good judgment and confidence in making balanced decisions

· Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders

· Ability to work independently in a smaller organization

· Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

· Experience from complex B2B environments, high-tech or regulated industries

· Experience working closely with both marketing and communication

· Interest in developing workflows and creating structure without building unnecessary complexity

· Good sense of visual design

· Experience in creating professional presentations and marketing materials

· Experience working with images and video.
