About the role 📞

This is a new position with us, and you will work closely with our operations manager Anna, but you will also have significant contact with our recruitment consultants. In your assignment, you will help us book new client meetings. This includes (together with Anna) creating call lists, making contact via phone, presenting our services, booking meetings, emailing information to clients, and following up on previous conversations.

You will work from our lovely office right in central Uppsala, where you will have your desk alongside your very friendly colleagues.

Who are you? 🎯

We are looking for someone whose primary occupation is as a university student or an elite athlete. It is a great advantage if you are interested in entrepreneurship and sales. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are an experienced user of digital tools and systems.

It is a merit if you also have experience in:

• Meeting booking
• B2B Sales
• Market analysis

Regardless of whether you have experience in the above or not, we see that you are a person who has tried sales in some way; this can range from seeking sponsors or collaborations for associations to working with sales to private individuals.

You are a positive problem solver with clear personal drive. You are bold and curious, and used to talking to new people both in real life (IRL) and over the phone and Teams. You are also structured and capable of planning your own time. You have a winner's mindset. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Other important information ℹ️

The position is a part-time job of approx. 8-15 hours per week, distributed over 2-3 shifts per week. Working hours are primarily during the day, and you will be able to influence your working hours to some extent.

Your salary is both time-based and performance-based.
