The Role

The role includes, among other things:

• Being a support to the unit manager in quality issues and other operational areas
• Assisting in the introduction of new employees in routines, operational systems, and work culture
• Supporting employees in their daily work as well as in questions related to technology and digital tools
• Leading and driving projects, processes, and holding various meeting forums and workshops
• Participating in quality work around the user and having a supportive function in the daily operations of the organization
• Being an administrator in Viva and Intraphone, managing permissions and providing support to staff in the systems
• Working on development and quality work based on systematic quality work. This includes self-checks, deviation management, implementation of new working methods, improvement work, and maintaining and revising routines

We in home care south consist of two units. One unit works in outer Heby, Morgongåva, Runhällen/Huddunge, and nearby areas, while another unit works in central Heby. Our starting point is Lövsta elderly care home in Heby. You will be part of our administrative team, which consists of a planner and an administrator, and work closely with them in daily operations.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in health and medical care, social work, behavioral science, or other relevant education
• Has a good ability to lead processes and projects and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has experience in systematic quality work
• Thrives in a role with many contact surfaces and can create structure in a changing everyday life
• Works independently and can plan and prioritize your tasks
• Enjoys collaborating with others and contributes to a good work climate
• Is attentive, pedagogical, and communicative
• Is flexible and solution-focused
• Has a B driver's license, as travel within the municipality may occur

It is an advantage if you have experience with Microsoft 365 as well as the systems Intraphone, Viva, Cosmic Link, Stratsys, or Appva. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
