Main Responsibilities
As an administrator, you will have varied tasks aimed at creating good conditions to improve and support both daily and long-term operations. The work includes:
- Managing work time planning and resource planning
- Handling purchases and invoice reviews
- Reviewing incoming cases and tasks
- Intranet editor
- Managing meeting bookings
- Providing administrative support in various matters to both staff and managers
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- At least a 3-year high school education
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Work experience in similar tasks
- Very good knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Driving license B
Personal Attributes
You need to be unpretentious, flexible, service-oriented with a positive attitude. Sometimes you will solve tasks alone, sometimes in a group. Therefore, it is important that you can easily collaborate with others. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have the ability to organize and plan your work. You have a proactive working style but can handle sudden tasks without concern. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is a civilian, permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Location: Bålsta.
Travel in service may occur.
Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
