Planning Administrator for 162nd Air Base Battalion
Over the past year, the 162nd Air Base Battalion has grown as part of the development of F 16. The increase in the number and breadth of tasks means that the battalion staff will expand within several sections. With this advertisement, we are looking for a planning administrator. You will work with a driven team that plans, prepares, and leads the battalion's operational maintenance and protection of the airbase. As part of the staff, no day will be the same, and you will be involved in making the battalion better prepared for peace, crisis, and war.
About the Unit
The 162nd Air Base Battalion is part of Uppland Air Wing, F 16. The battalion consists of a battalion command, battalion staff, 1621st Air Base Company, and 1622nd Air Base Security Company and airport management. The battalion's main task is to maintain and uphold protection around the airbase, as well as train conscripts for parts of the year. Main Responsibilities
You will participate in the long-term planning tasks at the battalion. This may involve war planning, unit development, basic training/unit production, and the infrastructure process. You will primarily prepare decision support for the commander. The work will largely be unit-close, meaning you will be able to see the fruits of your labor and often receive feedback on the outcome of the implemented plan.
As a staff resource, you will also participate in the work with the battalion's internal development, annual war unit evaluation, unit development plan, and support the staff's general tasks.
Examples of tasks include:

- Representing the Air Base Battalion at the unit level and in various working groups
- Collaboration within the unit as well as with external actors
