We are now looking for a skilled and self-driven financial consultant for a project assignment with one of our clients in the real estate sector in Uppsala. You will step into an intense and important transformation phase where the client is transitioning from K2 to K3, and you will play a key role in strengthening accounting, systems, and routines moving forward. The assignment combines strategic change work with operational responsibility, where you will both drive development and create security in daily accounting. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important part of the transition from K2 to K3, where you will both drive the project forward and ensure quality at every step. The work involves taking a comprehensive approach to accounting principles, routines, and documentation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring correct accounting principles according to K3

• Working with component depreciation, accruals, and updating existing routines

• Strengthening documentation and establishing relevant control points

• Adapting reports, closing work, and closing processes to K3 requirements

• Working with component division and updating the asset register

• Adapting and configuring Capego to fully support K3 flows

• Updating Excel templates, internal processes, and workflows

• Working with index scripts in Excel and simpler programming related to reports and calculations

• Testing new workflows before they go live to ensure everything works as it should

• Supporting the transition/change to Fortnox and ensuring that registers and flows work correctly

Support the finance team during high workloads and contribute to structure and efficiency.

About you

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Several years of experience in qualified accounting

• Deep knowledge of K2 and K3 regulations and participation in a similar transition

• Very good knowledge of Capego (required) and preferably also Fortnox

• Ability to quickly understand processes and create structure

• A humble, responsible, and independent working style

• Good understanding of closing, reporting, and adapting closing processes

• Very good system familiarity and experience in implementing new systems

• Very good knowledge of Excel, including working with index scripts, simpler programming, and advanced templates and automations

• Ability to test and quality assure new workflows before going live

• Structured and meticulous in documentation and establishing control points

• Ability to provide support to the finance team during high workloads while working independently and proactively

Meritorious

• Experience from the real estate sector

• Experience in working with component division and updating and quality assuring the asset register is meritorious

• Experience in component depreciation, accruals, and updating accounting routines

• Scope: flexible, at least 50% with the possibility of full-time.
