The Municipal Executive Administration is the central administration within Enköping Municipality. We work on behalf of the municipal council and are responsible for governance and management, coordination, service, and support for the municipality as a whole.

About 190 employees work at the administration based on the goal that “We will lead and coordinate development with a focus on the benefit for those we serve.”

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We need to strengthen our team during absences and sick leave. We see that you, as an applicant, have:

• another main occupation
• the ability to be on-site at short notice
• good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• computer skills.

Experience in customer contact is an advantage.

The contact center's mission is to provide good service, a positive reception, and increased accessibility for those who contact the municipality.

You are often the citizen's first contact and thus play an important role in facilitating everyday life for our citizens. You answer questions, receive feedback and reports of issues, and guide within the entire municipality's area of responsibility, primarily via phone but also via email and in-person visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

The municipal guides work closely together to resolve as many incoming cases as possible. They are also responsible for creating high accessibility and service. To perform the duties, you will need to use many different IT systems. You will continuously adopt new working methods, tasks, and solutions. This means that you will constantly develop and stay updated on news within the municipality.
