The Business Process Analyst is responsible for driving collaboration and continuous improvement by aligning KPIs with business goals, optimizing operations through data and analysis, and developing scalable reporting and analytics frameworks that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and enable improved customer experience.

This position reports to the Director, Global Comm Ops Enablement and will be an on-site role with global coverage, located in Krakow, Poland or Uppsala, Sweden.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives and functional strategy.
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics capabilities to manage business performance, enhance operational processes, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Generate data analysis to support projects and process improvement initiatives, to optimize operations and enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve quality and customer experience.
  • Drive data governance and advance data maturity to optimize data quality, ensure compliance, and enable trusted insights for decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance process analysis techniques.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor with preference for 5+ years' experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in building reporting capabilities in Excel and Qlik (Power BI a plus) with familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle or other similar CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Experience within an operational function and handling of different types of data i.e. operational, financial, and experience data.
  • Ability to structure and conduct analysis and communicate outcomes clearly to key stakeholders to help the team identify issues, improve processes, and make decisions.

  • Naturally collaborative, working well with others to move initiatives forward and deliver shared outcomes.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, motivated by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through thoughtful, impact-driven work.
