Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business and be responsible for implementing and driving HR strategies, processes, and initiatives that support business goals. You will serve as a strategic and operational support to managers and ensure that HR work aligns with the needs and priorities of the business.
The role involves actively contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes while driving change initiatives and strengthening the organization's ability to achieve its goals. You will work broadly within the HR field and play a central role in creating an engaging and high-performing organization.
Responsibilities
- You implement HR strategies and HR Business Partner plans to ensure proactive and business-oriented HR support to the organization, as well as drive the implementation of policies, processes, and programs.
- You contribute to the development, improvement, and administration of HR processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and relevance across the organization.
- You ensure that HR activities align with the business strategy and contribute to achieving business goals while balancing the needs of the organization and employees.
- You drive change and transformation initiatives within HR to strengthen the organization's capacity and develop leadership and employee engagement at all levels.
Qualifications and Requirements
- You have an academic degree in HR, behavioral science, economics, or equivalent, along with solid experience in qualified HR work.
- You have approximately 8-12 years of experience in HR, preferably in a role as an HR Business Partner or equivalent in a complex organization.
- You are an established expert in your field and have experience in independently driving larger projects, change initiatives, and process improvements.
- You have a good ability to analyze business needs, interpret organizational challenges, and translate these into concrete HR solutions and recommendations.
- You are comfortable working independently with significant responsibility and have the ability to manage complex issues from a holistic perspective.
