We are now looking for a self-driven and structured administrator to strengthen our team during the summer. The position is expected to start on May 18 and last until August 21, 2026. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

About us

Uppsala University Housing Office offers safe, affordable, and functional housing for international students and guest researchers in Uppsala and Gotland. Through collaboration with several property owners, we currently rent out approximately 1900 homes to our target groups.

Our team consists of nine dedicated employees who work together to provide a modern and digital operation that meets our customers' needs.

Job Responsibilities

As an administrator with us, you will primarily work with service and communication. Your main tasks include:

• Answering questions from current and prospective tenants via phone, email, and at our reception.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers, property owners, and other partners.
• Administering bookings, extensions, and cancellations.
• Supporting the team with ongoing matters.
• Receiving and handling maintenance requests from tenants.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work who enjoys a coordinating role with many points of contact. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good computer skills, including the Office suite. Experience with rental housing is a plus.

As a person, you are structured, take responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize even when the pace is high. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly and pleasantly with both colleagues and customers.
