Night Shift Store Sales Associate – Become Our New Service Hero!

Where are you headed? We are now looking for store sales associates – yes, real service heroes! We aim to be the world's best at service. That's why we are seeking more service heroes willing to work night shifts. What does such a role entail? You meet our customers' needs during the night with knowledge, a touch of finesse, and a wonderful smile – often while refilling the coffee machine or stocking sausages. We are a retail chain offering everything from delicious food and baked goods to quality fuel and fresh restrooms. You will become a vital team player, keeping the station in top shape while others might be sleeping!

We are extending our opening hours at Circle K Gamla Uppsalagatan in Uppsala and are now looking for three new colleagues to work as night shift store sales associates. The position corresponds to approximately 35% and is permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. The role includes a fixed schedule where you work three or four nights every other week, with the alternate week off. Additional shifts are available to increase your employment percentage.

During the night, it is crucial to make the most of your time and prepare for your colleagues. Therefore, we believe you, as an applicant, have strong drive and can work independently, as solo work is common. A valid driver's license is required to be considered for this position.

What do we offer?

• As a store sales associate, your monthly salary is based on your previous experience in service. The monthly salary for full-time work ranges between SEK 26,500 and SEK 31,000.
• In addition to your monthly salary, you receive shift allowances for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Since we conduct a CV-free and prejudice-free recruitment process, you must verify your previous experience by providing employment certificates during the recruitment process.
• For this position, you must either be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EEA country, have permanent residency in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with valid work rights.
