We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven accounting consultant to strengthen the team at our client in Uppsala during the spring. The assignment covers the period from March to May, with the possibility of employment at the client company if interested after the assignment is completed. The role is suitable for you who can quickly get into new assignments, are confident in year-end closings and declarations, and preferably have experience from an accounting firm.

This is a consulting assignment in Uppsala where you will be employed as a consultant by Jurek Talents or have the opportunity to work as a subcontractor. As a consultant with us at Jurek, you are employed by us and rented out to one or more of our various clients. • Option for part-time or full-time, 50–100% based on your preference

• Start: beginning of March

• Location: at the office in central Uppsala

In the role of accounting consultant, you will work independently with year-end closings, declarations, and accounting. You will be part of an engaged team where you support during the intensive year-end closing period. The work takes place on-site at the office.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements as well as tax and VAT declarations

• Conduct reconciliations and ensure the quality of documentation

• Ongoing accounting as needed

• Has relevant education in finance and several years of experience in accounting, preferably from an accounting firm

• Is accustomed to working independently with year-end closing work, primarily for K2 companies

• Can quickly adapt to new systems and working methods

• Has good knowledge of Swedish accounting and tax legislation

• Is meticulous, structured, and enjoys taking responsibility for their own deliveries

• Experience with the accounting system Spiris (not a requirement)

• Certification or authorization in accounting

• Experience in consulting or working with small and medium-sized enterprises

• A qualified and important assignment during an intensive period

• Flexibility in working hours (50–100%)
