JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for substitute personal assistants.

Working as a personal assistant is a responsible job that provides personal development and much joy in return; you help create a meaningful everyday life for the user.

As a personal assistant, you will assist with tasks that the user cannot manage independently in their daily life.

You will help users who have decisions regarding services according to LSS. Your work will be based on the implementation plan established to meet the user's needs and decisions.

The work includes personal care such as assistance with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, and delegated medical care, advanced medical care such as trach, ventilator, feeding tube, etc.

Everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping are also part of your work. The work is performed in the user's home.

The schedule includes work shifts during the day, evening, weekends, and overnight.

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained nursing assistant or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have previous experience working with people, preferably within LSS.

It is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

Delegated health care services such as trach, ventilator, etc. Personal suitability is highly valued. Valid B driver's license. A criminal record extract will be required.

OTHER

To perform certain tasks that involve sensitive information, employees may need to log in with their personal e-identification. E-identification is an electronic identity document that can be compared to other forms of identification, such as a passport.
