ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for a personal assistant for our client in Karlstad. You will work as a temporary employee and apply for work shifts yourself as well as step in when needed. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to support the workgroup when necessary.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 3:00 PM - 9:00 AM on weekdays.
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 9:00 AM on weekends.

Parts of the night shift consist of waiting time. Start date is according to agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an active and playful teenage girl who lives with her family in central Karlstad. She loves being outdoors, watching movies, and going on outings. The girl has a strong will, and as an assistant, you need to be able to make thoughtful decisions. Your tasks will include personal hygiene and being a support in her daily life.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

As a person, you should be attentive, empathetic, and patient. Since you will spend a lot of time with the client alone, we prefer that you are secure in yourself and feel comfortable working independently. We are looking for someone who can balance playfulness and responsibility, as well as lightheartedness and setting boundaries. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability!

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license and access to your own car.
• Good physical condition.
• Experience with sign language support or an interest in learning.
• Experience working with diabetes. If you lack this experience, you will receive an introduction to learn how to manage it.

Employment: Temporary employee

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
