We are currently looking for someone who wants to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for a man in his 50s in Skattkärr.

What does the position entail? 

The client has an acquired disability that affects his mobility. He uses a wheelchair but can move short distances with support. The client needs assistance with personal care, transfers, daily household chores, and errands. As a personal assistant, your role is to provide practical and social support in daily life. You help create safety, structure, and independence in the man's life.

Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. The work is based on close collaboration, trust, and respect. Contributing every day to help a person live their life according to their own wishes is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

The working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend, as well as on-call during the night in the client's home.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, weekend, and on-call in the client's home.

• have experience in care and support.

Additional Information

Employment type: fixed-term employment as long as the assignment lasts

Scope: various schedule patterns between approximately 50-85%

Start date: 2026-01-21, by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
