We are looking for someone with an interest and experience in challenging behaviors who can work in a structured yet dynamic way based on individual needs. We see that you are a qualified preschool teacher with a clear pedagogical foundation and are confident in your ability to lead and inspire children. We believe that you are drawn to challenges and possess the ability to set clear boundaries and routines while also being dynamic according to the needs and development of the group. Experience working with children with special needs is a merit.
