Personal Assistant Wanted

I am looking for an engaged person who wants to develop together with me! This position is perfect to combine with studies!

I am looking for someone who wants to work in my personal assistance team. I am an active 19-year-old girl living with my family in Nacka. Besides school, I enjoy meeting my friends, relaxing at home, swimming, and going on nature walks. I am of course in school, but this position primarily involves supporting me during the day on weekends and during all school breaks, as well as when needed in the afternoon/evening after school (from 3 PM).

About the Role:

I need extensive support with everything related to my daily life. As my personal assistant, you will be the important support in everything from communication, meals, transfers (I have many aids), and personal hygiene to creating structure, security, participation, and joy in everyday life. The work is varied and involves both practical tasks and being the social and safe support I need to create the conditions that allow me to function. The role requires that you are a person who always wants to see my best.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is attentive and responsible
• Has personal maturity, patience, and is secure in themselves
• Is proactive, has a sense of humor, and a youthful spirit – we should be able to have fun together!
• Has the ability to read each situation and notices in time when you need to be proactive and motivating or when instead you need to give space
• Is aged 20–45, preferably female applicants, who can speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Has experience in the role of personal assistant and understands the importance of wanting to learn how to assist me and develop with me

Previous experience in personal assistance or working with young people with disabilities is a merit, but personal suitability is the most important.

Scope & Working Hours:

• Hourly employment with fixed shifts every other weekend and extra shifts/calls as needed at varying times.
• The working hours are mainly during the time I am not in school on weekends and school breaks, afternoons/evenings – perfect to combine with studies!
• Long-term commitment is valued – we want you to enjoy and stay
• Start as soon as possible
