Childcare Workers Needed as Substitutes

We are a small company with only four preschools. Three in Bromma and one in Kungsholmen.
We work based on Montessori pedagogy and the preschool curriculum. All our preschools are small units with their own yards.
We have dedicated and educated educators at all our preschools. We prefer that you have a pedagogical education or are in the process of getting one. We are looking for childcare workers who want to work as substitutes, both to fill in for short-term needs and for longer-term vacancies. We can also offer some fixed hours per week.
Social competence and stress resilience are important personal qualities. As a substitute, you will support the teams when regular educators are absent. You will be part of a team and involved in the work with all the children.
We are also looking for those who want to work as substitutes at our preschools. This may involve some fixed hours per week and then as needed or just as a substitute when you have the opportunity to work.
