The Assignment

If you enjoy collaborating with others and creating good and trusting relationships with children and young people, you are welcome to work with us at Grisslehamn School. You are an important adult in the students' learning and assist teachers with support for students and work to create a school where everyone thrives and has the opportunity to grow. The positions are part-time 50-100%.

As a resource assistant at our school, you contribute to a positive and creative learning environment that leads to increased learning for all, where all students feel curiosity and a desire to learn. In the collegial learning, you will support and create opportunities for all students to succeed together with the teachers. As a resource assistant, you will work both in and outside the classroom.

What You Need to Bring

We are looking for someone with prior experience working in schools, preferably in a similar role. You are comfortable in the environment and have a good understanding of the school's mission. You need to have experience working with children with special needs, and it is an advantage if you have any training in NPF.

Employment Form, Scope, and Start

• Employment form: Fixed-term employment 3-6 months
• Scope: Part-time 70%
• Start: By agreement
