About the Assignment:

As a safety assistant, you will work on a standby schedule for 5–6 different clients. During your scheduled standby days, you are ready to step in as needed – always matched based on your experience and geographical proximity.

The work is varied and suits you who are independent, flexible, and confident in your professional role. Here, you need to be able to switch quickly between different situations and environments, always focusing on creating safety and quality in the assistance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personal assistance
• Is flexible and can work at all hours of the day
• Enjoys working with several different clients
• Has a solution-focused and professional attitude

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Tracheostomy
• PEG
• Mobility assistance

Scope & Salary

• Standby: 2–3 days a week (approx. 33%) – possibility to extend to up to 100% position
• Compensation: Fixed standby compensation + hourly wage for hours worked
• Security: Guaranteed salary equivalent to an average of 10 hours/week in addition to standby compensation
